Tell you what. Let's make this simple. How about we vacate Afghanistan. Let the Taliban rule again. You go back and live there. But we'll take a vote amongst the women there first. If they want to leave due to the barbaric, prehistoric treatment they will be subjected to under Taliban rule. They will be given safe harbour in Canada or the U.S. Where we live in the year 2008. We. Canada and the U.S. are there to offer a better life to these woman because they couldn't do it for themselves.

So? does that make him a terrorist? I beg to differ. This case is more then him killing an American soldier however, it is the prejudice against other races. Its sickening the way they are treating him. He was 15 years old at the time trying to protect his people. Now If your saying Khadr should be punished then I think you should round up all American soldiers and put them in a prison camp for war crimes.

He murdered an American soldier. At least they will let him live. Can't quite say he would meet the same fate had he and his ilk captured a westerner (infidel).

See. That's the difference between "civil" human beings and his kind. The American medic, after witnessing his partner being murdered by Khadr, saved Khadr's life.

I think he is already getting treated better than he deserves.
