The work relies on the past to point to the future of current violence by depicting the scars that still penetrate today. The Psychological repercussions of the 'Troubles' has left its legacy on the Northern Irish people.

I am a 26yr old Englishman who hates his nations history for what they did in the past to these men, I'll admit I'm not educated enough to have a valid opinion but I have the utmost respect for these fellas and am appalled that most of the comments I see are just negative and repulsive. The Irish accent has charm and is alot more intresting then my own Hampshire accent. To have such bravery for the duty to their family is worthy of high honours.

@2491cc This isn't a fairytale both sides don't have to be as "bad as each other". The were plenty of scumbags in the IRA, personally I fucking hate them, but they grew out of an apartheid police state which subjected their communities to abuse for decades. Loyalists exclusively murdered innocent civilians, and were more concerned with selling drugs. Doesn't excuse what the RA did, but wise up with all that "both as bad as each other shit" your da told you, one side was very definitely "worse".
