Thanks for posting this. I coach 10/11 and started the season 0-2 with horrendous pursuit technique. After getting 40 points hung on us, we were desperate for help. Saw this video and ran this drill all last week. Results- posted a shutout Saturday against the league's top team! Several open field runs were limited to about 10 yards. These same type of runs went the distance against us in previous weeks. Thanks again. Coach TJ.
