Signature Sounds is the loyal, wonderful record label that released Josh Ritter's "Golden Age of Radio" and "Hello Starling" albums. It was his home, and continues to be wonderful friends to Josh, his band, and his music. Josh joined them in November of 2004 to celebrate their 10th Anniversary by performing with other Signature artists like Lori McKenna, Mark Erelli, Tracy Grammer, Peter Mulvey, Erin McKeown and many others. President of Signature Sounds and great friend of the Fansite, Jim Olsen, provided the Josh Ritter Fansite (www.dougrice.net/joshritter.html) with wonderfully high-quality video and audio from that special evening. This is a clip of Josh performing "Monster Ballads," a song from his 2006 album "The Animal Years."
I cant believe I really sang this song together with Josh, face to face!
