"On 15 August, 2004, Atefah Sahaaleh was hanged in a public square in the Iranian city of Neka. Her death sentence was imposed for "crimes against chastity". The state-run newspaper accused her of adultery and described her as 22 years old. But she was not married - and she was just 16.

I try not to hate but this kind of oppression disguised as law or religion and the feeling of utter powerlessness to defend not a single victim of this shame of humanity makes hate my only outlet. We as a species are doomed and none of us can say we didn't see it coming. I hate that I feel this way as much as I hate those inhuman entities that hide behind religion and commit acts that show no regard for the life of another. Maybe it's time to star fresh.

..Acts such as stoning, beheading, amputation, and female genital mutilation as Satanic & barbaric. Revenge is an attribute of Satan, and Allah certainly possesses this ugly attribute when it comes to punishing the sins of humanity. Shouldn't that be Satans decision and not Allah's (God's) decision if someone commits sins? I think it should be.

...Just because someone commited a sin when we all know It's in the nature of humanity and God who is seen as perfect cannot accept that humans are not perfect. I'm certainly not perfect by any stretch of the imagination so God will have to accept that. But when Muslims claim their God, Allah is forgiving and merciful when people can be beheaded even for witchcraft or leaving Allah's religion can be also beheaded, then the founder of Islam has to be Satan in disguise, otherwise he would prohibit

..(Barbaric is a strong word, but there is NO other way to describe such a punishment.) If a God says a sinner or a person who goes against God's law should be punished so badly (Yes, I'm refering to stoning, even if good people with good deeds are rewarded with paradise) that God would actually condone stoning as a punishment, or even decapitation (Beheading) That to me is NOT a God of love nor mercy like Allah claims to be & Islam claims to be. It's a God who wants power & REVENGE just because

This video tells us exactly how Shari'ah Law (Which is a totalitarian & UNJUST law) does operate.

ANY religion in the world that does not prohibit (& Refuses to prohibit) burying people, then smashing their skull with stones until they die is not just even to criminals, they are human beings for Christ's sake! I'm NOT saying they shouldn't be punished, but not by a medieval, middle aged method. It would strike fear into public viewers & mentally traumatize witnesses of such a BARBARIC event! ..

I was "filled with the holy spirit" for the first 20 yrs of my life. Then I grew up.

It is no coincidence that the bible says you must become as little children to enter the kingdom.

Little children are necessarily naive, gullible and, above all, programmed to trust their parents implicitly for survival, but they eventually learn about the world and leave that total dependency behind.

The religious mind in an adult is a sign of arrested development and continued dependency on a parent figure.

He's the One who testifies that you belong to God remember? instead of reading Bible for 60years, why don't you first ask God to fill you with The Holy Spirit. you'll know the big difference! so pls come back home =D GBU.

if God's that cruel, i'd rather burn in hell with the rest of the ppl. What the reason to obey that kind of barbaric god? what? why? Thank God, my God is the God who didn't just sit in His throne talk the talk but not walk the walk. He CAME as flesh, bitten, humiliated, tortured, ridiculed just to give me love and life. Jesus Christ is Lord!

You should know with your '60yrs of studying the Bible' that Christ clearly said, 'blessed are those who believe and have not seen' (Jn. 20:29). Nobody, at least with a Christian faith, tries to prove their beliefs as Christ doesn't want them to. It's only people like you who try and disprove the faith (or "religion" as you always arrogantly call it) in order to justify your lack of belief. I think this is pride more than anything!
