Breaking a concrete cinder block with a forearm. I didn't hit it perfect, but it broke.

  • staged.

  • Nothing staged about that young man!

  • It's rigged. Notice how the cinder block has one internal strut instead of the construction used 2, wide internal gaps, and he is striking it vertically into the middle of the strut. It breaks remarkably cleanly. This is mostly a practice in physics not skill. Taking a double strutted cinderblock from your backyard and try to break it with your bare hand, good luck.

  • Just so that you know, I bought 96 of these to construct a small wall in my backyard. This was one of the leftovers. I have broken a few of the double strutted ones that you refer to and have had equal success. Instead of trying to find fault in someone elses accomplishments, try doing something yourself. "Those who can't, criticize". Anytime you are in Sacramento, feel free to stop by my dojang, Elite Performance Taekwondo. And we'll break a few things together. Until then, shut up!

  • Hey i was wondering did you bake this stone? Or just broke it how it is? just wondering!

  • No, I didn't bake it. I hit it just the way it was made. Thanks for watching.

  • Good break, I want to work up to breaking some of those.

  • That man earned my respect

  • @JohnieLivingston holy hell

  • this is pretty badass man! and it clearly WAS NOT baked? idk why anyone would say tht, if it were baked that brick would have crumbled, u jus used the proper technique and cut straight through! congrads man!

  • Very nice, no tricks there. Your the only other person I've even seen this break. I am fortunate to have my teacher be the other.

  • You can tell alot of people don't know alot about breaking. I did notice that you kinda went at an angle and there was no cloth on that block, bet that ate your arm up. Good break though. Never done cinder blocks, just patio blocks got me a 1st place in competition when I was a 1st degree; Everyone else broke wood. I won by difficulty level. My grand master has broken a cinder block down the center with a wooden boken.

  • is that mike tyson? probably not

  • now break two?

  • it sounded like you screamed ice just in case you hurt youself lol

  • nice job!
