Odd L4D2 Glitch

See the video - first day it was released was testing out versus mode, became tank for the first time and this is what happened.

I even got an achievement for it! hahaha.

@bloc6463 the glitch happened to me once as a spawning hunter, and u can't move AT ALL, and when i go in spectator mode, the survivor that was being pummeled 'by me' died
