This gentle prenatal yoga class uses yoga poses perfect for pregnancy and will help you relax, stretch all the muscles in your body, deeply connect with your baby, and will help you prepare both mentally and physically for labor. Yoga has proven to be extremely beneficial for woman during pregnancy and this class is the perfect way to take a prenatal yoga class in the comfort of your home, at a time that is convenient for you.

This class was designed by expert instructor, Liza Janda, and is can be done during any trimester of pregnancy.

  • One of my favorite poses during pregnancy was the warrior 2 pose; the breathing and the focus I developed during this pose helped greatly during my labor! I was able to breath and focus through each contraction with ease. Baby was born in under 2 hours, in 2 pushes, with no epidural or medications... Trust your body, it knows what it has to do, and focus and breathe through it. We are more powerful than we realize <3

  • I am 34 weeks pregnant and this video is wonderful! I wish I started doing pre-natal yoga sooner..I have only been doing this about 2 weeks. Before I started doing these exercises I had alot of anxiety about labor & birth...but this video has helped me to relax, feel calm and trust my body!
