The Inaugural concert at DC's Nationals Park is marred by piano problems at the beginning. Elton John storms off stage because his piano's pedals are sticking. (He later returned and brought the house down, mind you)

to say he, 'stormed off', is an exaggeration. He obviously wasn't happy with the sound and politely told the crowd that they were get it, 'sorted out', rather than to continue and give a less than adequate performance. At least he had the honesty to do this. I hope those who set up the sound, etc. beforehand got a bollocking.. not at all professional, unlike Elton John who wasn't happy with how it sounded.
