this is more triggering for people with Ed's rather then helping them recovery..

quotes like 'do the impossible' can also be misinterpreted as eating 0 calories, eating the impossible, being diff etc...

@NeverEndingBattle1 I understand what you're saying. The problem is that almost anything can become twisted in the mind of someone with an ED - I know this because I've experienced it too. I do try to avoid including things that could very obviously be taken the wrong way but unfortunately it's almost impossible to avoid all triggers because the nature of the illness is that even neutral messages get twisted around in favour of the ED.
