Actually, the actor who was playing Lukas looked as being a very sweet guy. It's a shame he only had to appear as a person causing some trouble in the T + U storyline.

He should have given the chance to play a main character in VL.

Thank you kerrloy! Please tell Andreas Stenschke that many of us are just falling in love with Tom & Ulli via channel uploads with English subs. These stories are so important, especially when handled with the care the German soaps take. I've seen the impact first hand the writers and actors have had. Danke!

Just came back from the Cologne area in Germany, where I spent a terrific two weeks with Andreas Stenschke (Ulli on Verbotene Liebe), who is very grateful and astonished at all the interest in the Ulli and Tom story -- more than seven years after it ended! Andreas is now directing as well as acting. Ulli (Andreas Stenschke) was 24, and Tom (Kay Böger) was 27, when their storyline started in the fall of 1999.

Actually, in the last episodes, both were about one year older. These episodes aired in September, 2000.
