Getting and staying organized
If you're anything like me then you spend a lot of time thinking. You think about you ideas - things you're working on and things you want to accomplish. The question is how to keep these ideas organized so that I can stay focused on one thing at a time knowing I have a place to go to recall these things later and decide which idea I want to take on next.
What about organizing projects?
The Brain is a GREAT program for that purpose. You can create your thoughts, attach documents and even link thoughts to a calendar appointment. The calendar incidentally can be synchronized with your Google Calendar.
I have tried and continue to use many programs, but with The Brain I believe I have found the one solution to replace all of these. Watch this video and you will see what I mean.

Yes this is an affiliate link - their way of thanking me for sending you their way. As you will see from the video I DO believe very strongly in the product and I would never present it if I wasn't swearing by it and using it myself.
Seems like a pretty cool idea. Might be a little complex for some ideas, but for those ideas that really count, this'd be the biz! I could also see a cool smart phone app from this product.

@DanielSRichman I spoke with someone at their company. Seems they are focused first on building their Web Brain program, which is of course the web version, and you can sync your local "Brain" to the web for access from anywhere.
The great thing about this is you can make it as simple or as complex as you need! It is so customizeable! You can change the background, set up "presentation" mode. More videos to come for sure!
Download the free trial and play with it. Endless Possibilities!
