**Special thanks to Miss icedfoxicle who helped me with feeding Mr. betta** :)

This is my betta (actually my sister's, but I take care of him all the time, feed him and clean the water for him). Many pets have eaten from my hands (cats, ducks, squirrels etc), but I have never fed a fish from my hands! I thought that was impossible, until I discovered that me coming close to Mr. betta and getting my fingers very close to him do not scare him anymore! Now, whenever I come close to him, he comes close too and starts swimming with his face towards me, thinking *it's food time yeppeee* :D

I don't usually feed him this way, it makes me feel sorry for him because I feel that I'm forcing him to exert effort by jumping and taking the pellet that is stuck to my finger (good excercise from time to time, though) hehe. I feed him either peas or "Artificial Mosquito Larva" pellets. He bit my finger today while I was feeding him eheheh

**UPDATE: I have changed his home, he doesn't live in that small bowl you see in this video anymore. Now, he lives with other fish I bought lately, and all of them are in a REAL and big aquarium, with filter, heater, plants, etc. Hope he will enjoy his new home.

Hope you will enjoy the video..

  • @camocrasy don't worry, it won't cut your finger off lol Actually, you will barely feel it. It's fun, try it!

  • ok ok yo i need your help super bad now please answer asfast as u can cause it's an emergancy helppppppp "umm how did u get it to follow your finger like that it is so cooooooooooool." love the video please answer back

  • @xyang9374 lol I don't really remember. But generaly, if you do something frequently, animals will learn and will know when you are going to do it next time. For example, I have got 3 fish tanks. Whenever I open the covers, the fish know that it's feeding time and they all swim to the surface and keep their heads upwards waiting for me to drop food. Know what I mean? ;)

  • bettas do not like small places. thats a common misconception. mine are in 2.5 gallon tanks. like all other fish of the same size.

  • @TMZtheBAMF That fish died anyway. Probably because of the lack of space, heater, filter, etc. I do not keep fish in such places anymore. I've got 3 tanks of different sizes equiped with filters, heaters, air pumps, decoration, plants, etc. and fish rarely die. I even breed some of them. At some point I had about 15 fish that were bred in my tanks.
