Beautiful song! My husband emailed it to me AND it was one of my fave songs when I was in my teens....(40 something now) As far as the negative comments , I am really wondering why people bother to look up a song they don't like. Very strange. I think maybe it's their hobby or something. But I don't have the time or the energy ....I only comment on the songs the songs that I like. Thanks for posting this song . Special song for me and my husband. : )

I don't know about "others" who've commented negatively, especially more than once, but rather than wasting time with songs and films I DISLIKE -- because, after all, I have my OWN life, family, and house and don't live in my mom's basement -- I tend to look up songs and videos on YouTube that I ENJOY -- like this treasure from my junior high years. The memories here are awesome for this now-mid-40s guy! EXCELLENT piece of music showing rock's great mellower side as well. Thanks for posting!
