Ender's Game Movie - Carter Friend Auditions for Dink

16 year old Carter Friend's audition for the role of Dink Meeker in the upcoming Ender's Game film starring Asa Butterfield. I sincerely hope that they consider video submissions. They've been very exclusive about the auditioning process so far, but there's word that they'll be an open casting. So fingers crossed. Best of luck to you, Dink and remember which direction the enemy's gate is. >:D

Generally, agree with comments below. I think the way you improve your chances (b/c I think it would be cool for non-famous actors to play these roles) are twofold: (1) make a new video, incorporating the suggestions of everyone below -- maybe doing more acting out and ad lib - (2) try to get in contact with actual casting people. Press releases were already released by them, so you have a place to start. Best of luck! (good luck to a fellow debater!)
