  • I race RC motorcycles...and although this is a toy, the steering looks to be similar... when you turn the wheel on the controller, you CAN'T continue to hold the turn. Once you initial the turn with an RC bike, you have to release the steering, and it will turn on it's own using the speed of the throttle. The slower you go, the tighter the turn. Because RC bikes countersteer, when you hold the steering, you are pushing the front wheel in the opposite direction keeping the bike from turning

  • @akura2 I did release the steering, countersteer, try blipping, every possible combination. The steering radius is horrible, it's an inescapable fact. Power to the flywheel is slowed when turning, removed altogether when off-throttle, helping balancing instead of training wheel dragging to be impossible, and making it difficult to pop back upright if are turning for more than a couple seconds at a time. The more you turn, the better you turn, the worse it gets. Also, no proportional control.

  • Can you use a hobby grade charger to charge toy grade batteries?? Please reply

  • @TheOtowngman Yes you can, and in fact I used one to charge this very vehicle's battery more quickly than the included wall charger. You just have to be sure to understand the exact stats of the battery you're charging, and set up the charger appropriately.

  • It sucks BIG TIME!!!! Had to take it back. The jlx overdrive is so much better.

  • make a video on the jlx over drive please

  • I cannot figure out how to get the wheels moving????

  • This looks like a Fail 20$ is all its worth Maybe.

  • @Frances7426 Sorry, but you may have to just look into another r/c.

  • My son just opened this for Xmas - it was at the top of his list. We cannot get the bike to go straight for more than a foot before it falls over. We're trying the "beginner mode" - holding up the back wheel and reving the speed. We've tried using the stabilizers in "stand up mode", but it just turns round and round. Any suggestions? He's really frustrated and really bummed.

  • My son opened the remote control and a white piece - that is shaped like a half circle, with some cut outs - about the size of a dime - fell out. We don't know where it goes. Can anyone help?

  • Now that i'm seeing this...i don't wanna buy it...

  • My son got this for Xmas, we are better than average RC fans, we tried to get this thing to work for hours, never got it to drive off the training bars, much less straight, and couldn't fathom the flip trick!

Boxing it up, hoping for exchange

  • @RCManiaDotCom Bad design concept. This RC needs a separate motor to keep the flywheel up to effective speed, and proportional steering for proper turning control. For $100 they could have afforded to include both.
