I used to be a normal, blissful, unaware person but one day when I was about 5, I looked in the mirror and had a strange epiphany, and it was that I wasn't just one thing exactly, but something inside of another thing, outer part only being a shell or machine of some sort. It's hard to explain it cause at the time I was too young to have any concept of soul or machines. I just all of a sudden knew that what I looked at in the mirror wasn't my entire existence. Ghost in a machine at 5 years?

Always when I sleep (try to), I got a really strange feeling, when I was in bed and looked around me at light, I saw sometimes strange things, they almost looked like figures, like people, Then I get scared and I feel really unconfortable, when I was a kid, I had those feelings more intense and fled always to my parents room, even there I heard strange noises and even was thinking I heard voices. I was thinking I got hallicunation problems but have this only at night.
