The aspect ratio is ballsed-up...

@AtlantaFalcons89 - This is one of the few cases in which I would disagree with that statement! Although, yes, that is usually the way of it.....

Brian Cox is brilliant in "Sharpe", real funny, and is David Troughton the Wellesley in the first 2-3 episodes?, he makes a better Duke-to-be than Hugh Fraser, IMO. It's the nose - I don't see why anyone would see it as fiction (tho' it came from fiction books) - every war has a million stories and they're usually pretty mind blowing.

I say, all the soldiers in the background, where were they when the master was attacked...?

the good old 9 pounders, eh, like good old Rudyad wrote "the guns, thank God the guns, eh,... the insignia and motto "ubiqe quo fas et gloria du cunt"...eh...rahh, rah, the backbone of any cavelry or infantry advance...eh...forward and upward, eh boys...shall move towards the enemy...

@USMarineRifleman0311 Sharpe's a proper geezer. Mel Gibson is made of pure cheese, "Oh, I know I'll impale the central antagonist with a US flag." It was so cheesey I could have spread it on a cracker.
