I'd take out the alotted time span for a human life and replace it with an Earth with an infinite amount of islands, continents, and inhabitable land masses in general. there's no need for death if there's always room to expand. Humans would be able to go without food indefinitely with no ill effects. Eating would be something that is done for pleasure only, and with no ill effects.

Yes, but it would have to be decided what is a fair and sustainable population and start from there and as I said, I am not here to tell you what to think.

Sorry that's not possible- it would lead to over-population, increasingly unballanced by old people, and all the problems that flow from it, as in the present model - and if I may say so it is rather selfish.
