Is Kony 2012 a propaganda campaign?

Kony 2012 has gone viral. The documentary film that has literally spread all over the Internet and has received millions of views in a matter of days has many people talking. According to Invisible Children, the group that produced the film, the flick aims to make Joseph Kony famous in hopes of having him brought to justice. Kony is accused of kidnapping thousands of children and making them sex slaves and children soldiers. But are all sides of the story being told or is this just publicity stunt to get the US in Uganda? Keith Harmon Snow, a war correspondent, joins us for more.

they talk about america wanting to gain influence in uganda, but the only reason russia is trying to demonize this viral video os because russia has their influence in kony. they give him guns. but you never hear about that. people think that american media lies, but i bet none of you knew that because the russian and chinese governments have a complete stranglehold on what information they release to the world.

Even if what Kony does is all true, it is Uganda's problem. Not anyone else's. If they hate Kony, the people in Uganda has the right to bring Kony to justice in Uganda.
