I love hunting sitka blacktails here on Prince of Wales Island, from intense alpine hunts to the October/November rut. Its awesome. Great video. Thanks for sharing. I prefer a rifle over a bow anyway. Lol!

Sandstorm, some people use deer as a staple to their diet and hunt subsistance. Many people in Alaska live this way. It's not always for the fun of it.
If you're a vegetarian or vegan and don't believe in killing animals, that is one thing. And if you are against killing in general, then cuss out the people who process and consume chicken, beef and pork. The production of these animals is much more destructive than harvesting deer under a well regulated hunting/subsistance program.
