Good call, 50% + 1 is the weakest way you could go. How lazy is that? Who wants a president who was planning just to barely squeak by, pleasing juuuust enough to win? That's an awful way to go, a disappointment, and we deserve much better. But it works. In the system as it is. So let's change the system--keep the good, leave the bad behind, and if more good needs to be created, that's fine, we're Americans--we're smart, we're creative, and we're not afraid of a little hard work!
