Great review as always. Hope some day you'll review the mighty Thumb. Even better, the fretless model.

You're right Ed and i really like it plus with a 5 strings you ave more sound possibilities so i guess i'll accept the challenge of getting the 5 strings! And you're welcome!

ed, love the review but would you recommend the streamer or the corvette for a jazz funk sound?

Hi Ed!!!
Great review!!
a have a killer question about single coils and humbuckers: what are their sounding characteristics ,good points ,bad points, stuff like that...

@123andrelevy - Pickups can be built many ways, so it's not a straight apples vs. oranges comparison. But in general, single coils are brighter and more open sounding. HBs are louder, more complex in the mids... this is VERY general. It depends on the pickup.

Hi again ed,
It's weird because it from germany which gets me very exited but he only wants about 1400 bucks for it still its not trashed at all so aybe hes either very generous or very dumb hahaha, also i am acoustommed to play 4 strings would it be very hard for me to change to 5 strings? And no my bass isn't trashed at all! Also you're one of my favorite bass players next to Les Claypool! You rock!
