@cgbaltar Wow, hostile! Let's see, rich, retard, work for a company that flies you business or first (such as mine), or get a lot of frequent flyer miles and be upgraded for free. People frequently don't pay big bucks for first class. Airlines view first class service and seating as a "thank you" for their most loyal customers - even when they're only paying coach prices.
