This clip is taken from the FULL dvd "Neil Young - Under Review 1976-2006". The album "Sleeps With Angels" came after the death of Kurt Cobain. Neil Young was deeply disturbed by the lines Kurt has left in his suicide note "Its better to burn out than to fade away" taken from Young's song "My My Hey Hey". This drove Young to change yet again his music & create one of his most personal, emotional albums, yet over looked by critics.

  • Sleeps with Angels is beautiful, deep, and mysterious.

"The cupboards are bare but the streets are paved with gold."

  • we have to clean the Musik industrie !

    RIP thanks 'Neil Young ...

  • Cobain died in April of 1994.

  • Now I understand...

    Thank you Neil,

    The Meltdownman

  • News to me! thanks:)

  • It must have been heavy for Young to have read Cobains suicide note, and to see the "Its better to burn out, then it is to fade away". I guess in that respect, he must have felt an obligation to Kurt , knowing that Youngs music must have meant so much to him in his darkest hours.

  • What a great view of this album

    regards

    jimmy
