PRODUCT REVIEW - Samy FAT HAIR '0 Calories' Shampoo and Thickening Styling Cream

Just a short review and hair demo (very very very very rough!) as I was on my way out and wanted to show how quick using the Samy thickening product could be.

I purchased mine at Superdrug and prcies are:

Samy Fat Hair Thickening shampoo £5.49
Samy Fat Hair Thickening Styling Cream about £6-7

I really love the thickening cream. I've tried quite a few thickening mousses, sprays etc and this cream is the best I have tried so far at giving my hair a bit of volume but cream holding style too. The price point especially is very good IMO.

Have you tried this range and what did you think? What volumising products do you love or hate?

@moodeve IF you use it when your hair is complety dry does it leave it greasy??? :O

@FeRgUsArus I've never used it on dry hair actually, but I think it would not adhere/smooth to the hair if it is dry, it might be crunchy

Does the cream only volumize or does it actually thicken your hair?

nice review. Only thing is that you keep saying your in a rush, well just wait till you get a good chance to be calm, make sense no? thats the main thing that kept going through my head.

thanks - glad you liked it. I wanted to show how quick it was to use and the effect...which is why I did it as I normally use it - when I'm in a rush! : D Might as well tell it like it is!

I think there are good product on this video. Our hair must to be a good one. My friend-girl use these products and she has a healthy hair.

I just bought the shampoo conditioner and hairspray today from superdrug (3 for 9.99 so not terribly expensive) and i'll see how the shampoo and conditioner goes but i definitely really like the hairspray. It was really texturising on my roots. The shampoo does feel like it leaves a sort of sheeny residue when rinse out. I've bought them now so i'll keep at it :)

I use cocky by bed head and it's one of my favorite products but you need to know how to work with it and you only need to apply a very small amount I purchased it a year ago and I still have it :D

Using a hair dryer will volumize your hair anyway. It's probably just the blow drying that's helping you, not the cream.
