I also think that Russia should stop paying any attention to OSCE until its member states become fully independent. Today many of them are merely US puppet states.

When Georgia attacked South Ossetia last August there was no OSCE to stop it. Even worse - months before the conflict Russia informed OSCE on its intelligence data about Georgia moving troops into the conflict area. For years Russia was also warning OSCE that many OSCE members even armed Georgian army. Result? OSCE disregarded the Russian reports and couldn't stop the war last August. OSCE cannot provide security in Europe. It is useless.

It's very difficult to see what Russian officials expect to hear at these talks aside from more threats. These are the same states which rewarded Tbilisi with financial, material, and military assistance after the conflict which NATO expected to be long and protracted, causing political problems for Russia's fragile democracy and economy, while allowing the US and Israel to mount scorched earth campaigns in various places.

Just look around. All problems are created by NATO/US/Israel - by all this busturds in elite, who need destabilisation of the world. Because they can only rule in chaos. When world is stabile without wars - they CAN'T use their propoganda of "external enemy".
This is our common purpose to do ALL to stop this bisturds who ruining Earth. And Russian proposals is one of this steps.
