What a ridiculous comment, sincere intent, but ridiculous, nonetheless.
First of all, mentioning a religion or "god" in any way on a Nirvana video is a bit of a contradiction in itself.
Secondly, they didn't choose to have the fame, and they didn't destroy anything. (Except a lot of the shitty music that came before them.)
Thirdly, don't weep, his soul, I believe, would now have travelled to a distant plain where his genius can truly be appreciated.
He's on a plain. :)

Why are you morons talking about France and shit, this is a 34 second video of Kurt Cobain with Shonen Knife.
I don't understand why people say that Kurt Cobain had a strange taste in music. Shonen Knife is an extremely talented band, and it is a shame that more people don't know that. They're better than any of the alternative shit bands on major labels created after Cobain's passing.

Man I miss him. I have nightmares at night, sad nightmares, where I weep at his passing. I watched that band from the time they were charging $5 and they couldn't even fill a room until they were megastars filling stadiums in Seattle. Nirvana was a unique, never to be repeated event in the history of music: A completely uncompromising, truly alternative band that refused to sell out and chose to destroy itself and the scene it created instead. God Bless Nirvana!
