It's one of the eastereggs which were 'hidden' content on the Extended Version discs of Lord Of The Rings. This one is a very funny interview where Elijah thinks he's being interviewed for real by a German interviewer, but it is actually a joke of Dominic. Dominic talks with a very funny accent!
