The Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties holds an oversight hearing on the Constitutional limitations on domestic surveillance. The hearing is the first in a series entitled "The Constitution in Crisis: The State of Civil Liberties in America." Subcommittee Chairman Jerrold Nadler questions Steven G. Bradbury, Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Office of Legal Counsel U. S. Department of Justice.

  • "Federal", as in "federation" and "league", relates to commercial entities and commercial contract. A "respublica" is a commercial entity: the republics of Rome, Venice, Florence etc., were based on Hammurabi's Merchant Code and contractual enfranchisement.

    Hence, America has no national government. The United States is not a country. The United States is a corporation.

  • Why would anyone want to preserve our constitution? Our brothers in Israel never had one, and are doing just fine, thanks to US congress.
