@StormGuardianXX When I said bank, I meant that pehaps Arceus used parts of DNA from Dialga, Palkia and Giratina to make, in turn, he used Mew as the basic 'blueprint' of every other pokemon- therefore Mew has the DNA for every pokemon, or rather, every pokemon has a part of Mew's DNA. Does that make sense? :P
