What I like about these best is that they are very brief and to the point, but without skipping any necessary steps. I'm doing a similar channel this year (2012), possibly longer, we will see.

dear Dan, I love all of your Martini video's, I tried some of them and they're very tasty. I would like to make this one, but I was wondering if you can make homemade vanilla vodka by putting some dried vanilla fruits into a regular vodka bottle and letting it rest overnight... any thoughts on this?
