RAW, Biker pulled from blazing crash scene by random bystanders in Logan, Utah

The bike hit the car's hood and bounced to the ground, while Mr Wright, who was not wearing helmet, slid under the car and then both vehicles burst into flames.

Very nice work done here. People from Utah are pretty awesome. They just seem to care more about the fellow man than other parts of the country.

What the hell??? All of the civilians do an excellent job pulling him out from under the car and then nobody makes any kind of attempt at giving him first aid? And on top of that the cops then try to suffocate him with a bunch of extinguishers, then upon completion show complete disregard for any spinal injury he may have sustained and pick him up by the arms! Agreed, he needed moving but at least do it properly.

Someone should give those cops and their PD a kick in the ass for that.
