Large junctions like this can be difficult to cross by bicycle. However, in this case there is a separate phase for cyclists when all other traffic stops and cycles can go in all directions at once, including diagonally. This simultaneous green bicycle phase happens twice in each cycle of the lights. There is a blog which mentions this, linked above.
