@HamRacing73 : you're missing my whole point. There's nothing wrong with racing on dirt... fine. It's for hicks but fine. My point is when I try to find an authentic stock care race (not the bullshit hick shit that's popular) where some dudes by some stock factory cars and race them... I want to find out which one wins. This video has nothing to do with the street or to do with a real stock car that you could buy. It's totally the wrong title for what this video is. That's all i'm saying.

@Radejr47464 why's it in the dirt? I was trying to find a video where you would race factory cars... I thought it was called street stock. This isn't the street and the cars are not stock factory models. so I really don't get why this is called street stock. What's the type of racing where you just race cars you can buy out of a manufactures lot?
any help?

This isn't street stock racing, this is Late Model stock car racing. Street Stock cars are cars that "[consist] of only street vehicles that can be bought by general public".

@itookmypills At our track these are called Street Stocks, yes they are similiar to Late Models, but they are very restricted.

they are street stocks at paragon this was mechanics night i was racing first time ever sitting in the car i didn't even get to go out to practice because of a problem with the distrubuter
