this boss is so frekin hard to defeat i just started to play this game and its really fun!thanks for the tip how to defeat this bothersome boss ^_^

He may be playing on a higher difficulty but if this game is anything like Ys Seven, leveling grinding early on in the game pays off well

What an annoying boss fight, even after dealing 900 points of damage you still have to chase his head around

how or where did u get that fire resistance ? i need to know cuz imalways dying

@KholdStare54 oh yes, check out 3:44, when OP got hit he went down from 87 to 50hp. i remember when i was hit head on, my hp went down by like 50+. wtf? maybe its the level you attempt the boss that made it hard, or maybe its the weapons or mode that you play

@KholdStare54 i agree though. maybe i was still inexperienced at using spell+jumps back there but i spent longer trying to kill this guy than the gyalva (fire bird) and even death faleon (1st boss in castle) on very hard.

Man, people say this boss is easy but I thought it was one of the hardest. I didn't know the lava would chase me after getting the ring so I took quite a bit of damage, and I thought I'd be able to save again too. I also was not used to using the wind ring + jumping so it took me quite a few retries to get that down. Maybe if I replay the boss, I'd do better.
