Love this song and yeah its a good one foer when playing FO3, which is where I first heard it.
I looked up a bunch of his other songs and although (IMHO!) this is the best of what he has done, he has also done a bunch of other weired and good stuff

Having personally enjoyed 1964 for an entire year,
this certainly never/couldn't have existed in that time frame.
Having said that, its cute as is girl.
