Try Hard

NUFF@TIFF 2009 workshop film.
At Tromsø International Film Festival 2009 gathered 8 young filmmakers from Rovaniemi/Finnland, Luleå/Sweden, Murmansk/Russia and Tromsø, Noray with 7 young musicians from Tromsø and Trondheim to accomplish a one-week film workshop at the Rockenshus Music Strudio in Tromsø. The task was to create a film from the idea to the finished film. The professional film director Christer Engberg from Sweden and the musician and music producer Boyan Vuletic from Germany leaded the workshop.
The result "Try Hard" was presented to audience at the TIFF closing ceremony at cinema Fokus 1 Saturday January 17th.
The workshop was produced by Nordic Youth Film Festival (NUFF) and supported by the North Calotte Council, FILM&KINO and the Troms Fylkeskommune.

i love this little movie. it shows two components: 1. the producer has an idea. (and in this world it is not easy to have some good new ideas!) 2. the star in this movie has stoic facial expressions! (not bad for an amateur actor!)
