@Sheshe416 During exam time I can be up to 5 large cups a day and then to suddenly go cold turkey is insane. Withdrawals can last up to 3 weeks for me. headaches, foul moods, feeling like my eyeballs are going to fall out of the sockets. I've come to the conclusion that I'm always going to be addicted to Buckies. I may cut back some but I can't ever give it up :)

Thank you for this - I needed this laugh. I love STBX too - and it cost soooooooo much they have no right to be rude....I would have a terrible attitude without my coffee in the morning so I feel your pain (I'm almost positive that drinking it for 30+ years has stunted my growth lol). #coffeelover

I have called Buckies headquarters more than one occassion and got instant satisfaction and sometimes a coupon for free coffe or even free breakfast too. I love Buckies, but for what I pay for my coffee, they better get it right and treat me right. cause I do right by them at least 10 times a week, and I'm always nice cause they got the"drugs"
rotf i feel you with that withdrawal. even on the weekend i find myself rolling out of my bed and getting on the train just to get some.

smh. how you going to make them ring you up and then them what you think and walk off. rotf.
next time don't waste time with the manager. ask for the 800 corporate # and pull out the phone. the manager would probably called youaside fixed the situation with free cup just to keep you from calling. It's not too late though to make that call.

Hi. I was with u until u got to the part about going in the store every week, letting the girl ring up the purchase in vain and telling her Starbucks sucks. I can half way see it if she's the employee that gave u beef- half way. But if the cashier is a different one, then that's pretty bad to put someone thru that ordeal who has no ownership in the business and is just trying to earn a living. I think the better route wud be to write headqtrs, which has the power to fix it. Thanx for sharing.
