What about all that smack you talked on the message board. You would keep everything didn't care which format won. Like laserdisc you would collect them. Now your gonna sell them all and buy the same shit again on Blu Ray?

You must understand...this is before Toshiba fucked me over. Plus I think you'd have to be a complete idiot to not take Wal-mart up on that offer...especially if you only bought like 3 or 4 HD-DVDS. Think about it...

You could use the Gift Card and buy Rambo on Blu-Ray when it comes out on May 27.

We MAY be getting the Rambo boxset on Blu-Ray to review...which reminded me that I think the box set only has the first 3 movies...so GOOD CALL BROTHER!

Black Christmas (2006) isn't worth 50 cents. Biggest piece of shit anyone has put out in the last 20 years.

I thought it was stupid for Tobshia to get rid of the hd because of Blu Ray even though it was the same but I think it was awesome but i have neither because i havent checked out and im still in the old school way so im not worried about it I guess since tvs are going to HD and everything else I guess i'll get caught up in this new electronics.

Actually, there are some people that will pick up something when they see that "As Seen On Sci-Fi" decal.

I can think of one that goes by the name of Johnny Brento. "Dude, it says as seen on Sci-Fi!"

    LOL

And good work on cashing in that HD/DVD stack. You made one helluva haul!

I agree, Blu-Ray is quite excellent. I have only 3 Blu-Ray disks though.

Nobody wins with this bullshit format war they have already screwed the damn thing up so bad its a joke and appears isn't gonna "get over" or catch on with Joe Blow. Blu appears to be slowly gaining but if they would have marketed this right from the start with one format it would have done a lot better.

You don't háve to replace anything. You can choose to buy only the newer movies in HD and the older ones, that won't be coming to HD anytime soon, on DVD. Everybody wins :)

I recently ordered a high-end HD-DVD player on the cheap, which I'll use as an upscaling player for my SD collection (I have a full HD plasma). The cheap HD-DVD's you can get now are a nice bonus :-)

Al formats come to an end eventually and I suppose DVD will end when everyone has a high def plasma or LCD and the old crt TV sets are a thing of the past...thats probably when I'll switch. By the I like your vids bro, keep'em coming.

I'm not replacing my dvds either...thats the cool thing about Blu-Ray is it plays DVD's as well. Blu-Ray definitely isn't a fad...its the next generation format but who knows when it'll fully take over DVD...if ever. It is however an improvement on dvd.
