He was amazing, for a man of his age to work at full pelt for 3 hours, running up and down the stage and really playing the crowd. A really genuine performer who gets his fans going big time. This had to be the best headline act I've seen in many years of going to the Festival. A wonderful atmosphere, the crowd really enjoyed him.

I'm 13 and I had no idea who Bruce Springsteen was until my dad made we watch a 3 hour headlining set on the island where I live. I soon realised after what he is famous for and how iconic he was 'back in the day' and how he will always be legend. The reaction he got from the crowd was unreal. I don't regret freezing my ass off because I know, when I look back on the Isle Of Wight Festival of 2012, I can say 'I saw Bruce Springsteen live.'

Went to see McCartney in Liverpool about 7 years ago not a patch on Bruce and so full of the Liverpool thing,i live in Liverpool and he never comes home apart from when there is money in it. Tarbuck,Black and all the other Liverpool usetobees al the same.
