This is a video i took from the Paul McCartney concert i saw last night in Toronto.
The vid quality is kinda crappy because i just jumped up and started filming without focusing in order to catch everything.
I didn't start taping in time to catch it, but right after performing "Here Today", Paul talked about how sometimes there's something you want to say to someone you care about, but for whatever reason you just put it off, and then that person dies and you never get you tell them. He said that's what led him to write this song for his friend John after he was killed.
Just at the mention of John's name everyone in the audience jumped up and started clapping- which is right when i started filming here.
It was so incredible to hear this conversation between Paul and John that never happened- naturally i was crying by the end, along with pretty much everyone else in the ACC :)
Amazing, amazing show
