This lovely poolhouse was a one of a kind project which challenged our staff in many ways. The structure was to be designed for year round use and included such ammenities as a full kitchen, laundry, full bath, gas fireplace, keg cooler, living space and a pass-thru bar to the outdoors. The poolhouse was architect-designed to compliment the owners' amazing pool and surrounding landscape. The difficult roof framing was a challenge and a clever solution to the hip roof thrust was featured in Journal of Light Construction magazine.
