Originally released on United Artists 210, b/w "Your Happiest Years"; group composed of Denise Ferri, Peggy Santiglia and Arleen Lanzotti. Peggy eventually moved on to become lead singer for The Angels and other groups as well (Jessica James & The Outlaws, etc.).
My dad would kick my ass if he knew I liked this! He wouldn't really go that far but this is the stuff he HATED when he was growing up. He liked/likes anything that's harder, Rockin, and bluesier. Which is cool too. But I'm not going to tell him I like this song. Nope, lol! I think it's a great song.

@LedWilde That's funny! And I know some other guys who think like that. What many don't know is how many rockers have covered songs originally done by girl groups. For example The Beatles covered The Cookies, The Shirelles and Marvelettes. Manfred Mann's "Do Wah Diddy" was originally done by a girl group; Grand Funk re-did "The Locomotion" by Little Eva. These immediately came to mind. Also people like Al Kooper produced some girl group stuff & some played on girl group recordings.
