A quick edit regarding my last post below in order to clear the cyberspace once & 4 all. The (washed-up) candle / brick rolling idiot being referred to was myself (Vince), not Dubside. Dubside is an exceptionally skilled roller as well as a very interesting individual to hang out with, and, like Alison, is very involved with the kayak symposium scene right now. If you get a chance to see or learn from either of them, don't let the opportunity slip by!
Hey Alison. Beautiful video showcasing your elegance and quiet grace. Oh yeah, and skill, skill, and more skill. Just remember, just about any idiot can roll with a candle or a brick, but it takes and angel to pull of your routine with such grace. Keep on Rolling! (& C ya at the last SK102 this May)
I've seen this woman at a couple kayak symposiums. She's amazing in the water -- strong, fluid, graceful, and never boring. If you ever get the chance to see her, don't miss it.
