it is as simple as adjusting the time each frame is shown per sec.... i will assume you have not done this before (because i have) and just tell you that it is fucking easy.....

It's not too bad, though I would recommend trying more frames and speeding it up, unless the jerky motion was your artistic intention.

Thanks for the feedback... it was my first attempt and only took a few minutes. I'll definitely use more frames next time.

My friend has owned it since he was a kid... I can ask him for you if you like, but we're in the UK so it might not help you.
