Part 2 of the Healthy Back Series. This is a Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM) session taught by Marion Kregeloh, PT, CFP. This exercise will free up your middle back and allow you better freedom of movement. Once you have worked with the first video, Pelvic Tilt and Pelvic Clock for several weeks, this is a great advancement to freeing up your movement in the middle back.
