Who's saying that AGW has anything to do with past climate change? This is from 2007? Hopefully such an argument doesn't impress anyone 5 years later.

...effect last 2 years max. so he's no basis for those flat temperature lines. Instead it's correct to erase the El Nino spike and draw in a rough curve down to complete the trend then run a 26-year trend line through it all, probably be ~1.4 degrees instead of ~1.5 degrees.

His 26-year change rate graph at 3:19 and his ~1.5 degrees per century rate correspond to other graphs I've found (I measured currently ~1.7 degrees per century off one, close enough so if his earlier graph showing a few change rates up to ~2.5 degrees per century over the last few thousand years is correct and if those past rates were sustained for more than just a decade or so, then I concur that the present rate is unremarkable. I disagree with his El Nino step because I read El Nino...

Hard to read his 6,000,000 yr temp graph at :23 on due to poor video quality and view angle but I count ~80 "blips" so that's average 75,000 years per up-down spike. "blips" are ~1 to ~5 degrees C peak-to-peak so sharpest he shows on that graph is ~5 degrees C warming to peak then ~5 degrees cooling back, in ~75,000 years. That's ~0.007 degrees per century maximum he's showing on that spikey graph of temperature shooting up & down.

no problem with questioning, your problem is that you have no evidence to falsify the AGW theory. and aslong you guys don't have any evidence, the world keeps being convinced by the evidence that has been presented. Polls show that most people are indeed convinced by the evidence and expert opinions.
