After seeing several horses far away during our hike, we were come upon by a herd of hungry horses.

  • Beautiful! Curious why you say 'hungry horses'? They appear to be healthy despite little apparent forage [as I know it -growing grass, etc.]. I LOVE to see horses w/heads down, grazing, as that is their natural way of eating and living -- forage approx 18 hrs/day.

  • I loved Cumberland Island, it was great! I thought it was funny that only 250 people are allowed on there each day. I thought that the boat ride was fun too.
