  • @laurenoliver23 For milks, I prefer to just do fresh nut or seed milks. I enjoy goat feta often, raw goat cheeses are better, but can be hard to find. I will even partake in organic dairy cheese on occasion. We can have flexibility in the diet and feel great, if we truly get the staple nutrients we need from plenty of fresh living vegetables, herbs, fruits, soaked seeds and nuts. Hope that's helpful:)

  • I found this link on Bodyrock.tv and ur rite,we may notice anything drastic happening to us by drinking milk so we continue to use it but the other day I made a protein drink with skim milk which I don't really use as appose to soy milk which I regularly use and my stomach was in such discomfort but this is really cool,who'd ever think u could do this and in such a short time,plus u look Smoking.----'. Thanks for sharing.
